All our coaches at EMH are volunteers with a love for the game and helping players to develop and enjoy football. All coaches are fully DBS checked, hold FA first aid and safeguarding certification. EMH supports the development of coaches which is why all our coaching team are trained FA level 1 with many also holding Level 2 qualifications.

At EMH we have over 30 teams competing in Youth football in Echo and Brentwood leagues from U7 to U18 and for 2025/26 a new U21 team will be playing in the Brentwood Sunday League.

For the next generation of EMH players we have a Youth Development programme for reception and year 1 children where, under the guidance of our FA qualified coaches, they will learn and enjoy football and where year 1 children will take part in games ready to join leagues when they reach year 2. 

EMH FC accepts children that will be in reception, year 1 & 2.

In the 2024/25 season we formed 5 new teams from our Youth Development that will be entering the league for the 2025/26 season.
